Accessible, Sustainable Yoga for Every Body
Where Yoga Begins With Being, Not Doing

Meet Rhi
Yoga Teacher | Centering Accessibility & Philosophy in Practice
Rhi is a yoga teacher who believes yoga should feel welcoming, accessible, and meaningful for everyone—regardless of body type, flexibility, or experience. What began as a personal exploration of movement and wellbeing grew into a passion for creating spaces where people can experience yoga in a way that feels supportive and genuine.
Like many beginners, she first practiced yoga at home with YouTube videos, feeling too intimidated to step into a studio. At first, she thought yoga was simply stretching and relaxation—but over time she began to discover its deeper purpose. A studio class with a friend revealed how yoga could support not only her body, but her whole life.
As her practice deepened, so did her curiosity about yoga’s philosophical roots. She completed a yoga teacher training and later undertook a year-long philosophy course studying the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras. These studies shaped her understanding of yoga as something far richer than physical movement.
Today, Rhi teaches classes that focus on how yoga feels rather than how it looks. By combining functional movement, accessible teaching, and meaningful philosophy, she creates supportive spaces where students can explore yoga at their own pace and in ways that work for their bodies.
If you’ve ever felt like yoga wasn’t made for you—because of flexibility myths, intimidating studios, or classes that didn’t feel like the right fit—Rhi offers another way to practice: one that meets you exactly where you are.
